PROCESS INTEGRATION

Companies today are looking for new efficient ways to integrate their business process with their systems. However there are many complications in doing this, such as inter-company disconnection of workflows, paper-based systems not able to be integrated and the ability to deploy systems to keep up with the pace of change.

BITLogix will work with you to uncover requirements for a process integration infrastructure that aligns with your business strategy. That requirements document becomes a working template from which value driven solutions can be selected. The document includes:

• Identification and Categorization - A process categorization matrix of workflow will be developed.
• Prioritization - A prioritization matrix will be created highlighting the identified and categorized processes.
• Process Model - Using the BITLogix methodology, we will model one process of choice. This modeling would include workflow state diagram, notification workflow, activity sequence diagram or escalation workflow.
• Technology Options - A listing and diagrams of technology options suitable to support the needs for the determined workflow. We generally recommend between 2-4 technologies.
• Research - BITLogix will provide an analysis of up to 3 companies. We will include a discussion and diagram of their architectures and a cursory look at their challenges.
